At Kaplan Hawksmere we partner with you to deliver effective in-house solutions. We work with over 1,000 trainers each year, matching the right one with your specific requirements. We work with you on our four phase approach:

Phase 1: Learning and development consultation

We work with you to understand your market, identify your organisation's key business objectives and define the required outcomes to help you achieve your business goals.

Phase 2: Build / tailor learning and development solution

Together we assess baseline knowledge and identify skills gaps utilising a range of skill assessment tools. Following this we will recommend the consultant with the most appropriate business background, skills and experience to ensure the most effective transfer of knowledge.

Phase 3: Implementation

All of our courses are designed for a highly targeted audience of business professionals. Between 40% and 90% of every course is interactive case study work where the participants practice their new skills. The format of the course (case studies, syndicate exercise groups, discussions and role plays), and how these elements are combined will also be a vital component in ensuring the course is stimulating throughout.

Phase 4: Knowledge transfer assurance (KTA)

Studies show that a large percentage of new skills are lost if they are not reinforced on the job. For business performance to improve, personnel must transfer their new skills to their jobs. We therefore complement our training programmes with on-site support services, including:

  • mentoring and coaching to facilitate the implementation of training
  • consulting in culture change management
  • consulting in policy and procedure development
